This is certainly the most anticipated camera replacement since last year. Canon has announced a pair as a replacement to the very popular Canon PowerShot S5 IS. Both cameras feature 28-560mm, 20x zoom lenses with image stabilizer and powerful DIGIC IV processors. It seems the PowerShot SX1 IS will not be available in the US market.

Canon has announced the successor to the popular Canon G9 digital camera. The PowerShot G10 features a 14.7 Megapixel sensor and is the first G-series camera to offer wide-angle imaging via a 5x (28mm) zoom with optical Image Stabilizer.

Canon has today announced many new cameras. Let’s us start with the Canon 5D Mark II directed at the professional market. The successor to the Canon EOS 5D features a compact body, a new processor, the DIGIC 4, and a new 21.1 Megapixel CMOS sensor.
